Bloshchynska & Co. (established in 2001) is an intellectual property law firm providing services in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. We represent our clients before the Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Office (the State Department of Intellectual Property), the Board of Appeals of the PTO, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the Committee for the Protection of Consumers` Rights, the Customs, civil and commercial courts and other competent bodies. Representing enterprises as diverse as pharmaceutical companies, IT companies and plant breeders has given us a broad range of experience in the protection and enforcement of all kinds of intellectual property rights. We have extensive experience with invention and design patents, utility models, trademarks, domain names, copyright, plant breeders` rights, IP searches, licensing, assignment of rights, IP valuation, technology transfer, unfair competition and actions against infringement of IP rights in the Antimonopoly Committee and judicial authorities to include civil and commercial courts. Since Bloshchynska & Co.`s beginnings we have grown steadily and now work with clients spanning the globe from the U. S. A., United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and many other nations. We employ only the most highly skilled and most experienced people on our staff and in supporting consultancy positions. Our Staff and Consultants span a wide variety of disciplines and include 16 specialists. Our technical personnel have extensive experience with trade mark applications and patent work encompassing diverse spectrum of procedural issues from filing through grant and post- registration administrative services to include annuities and renewals of trade mark registrations. Our support staff includes translators and interpreters fluent in American and British English, French, German, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. Through a network of overseas contacts, we can obtain protection for any form of intellectual property available under local laws. Our Patent Specialists deal with all matters relating to mechanical, electrical engineering, communications, electronics, physics, information technology, biotechnology, chemistry, medicine and pharmacology - just to name a few. Our Trademark specialists are qualified to deal with all inquiries of the Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Office, including preparation of responses to Office Actions and filing oppositions against decisions of the PTO with the Board of Appeals.
