The Firm
Felsberg & Partners Europe LLP is the European representative office of the Brazilian law firm Felsberg e Associados (one of Brazil’s ten biggest law firms). As such, it is focused on providing legal advice in an international context, with a special emphasis on Europe and South America. The Duesseldorf office is manned by German as well as Brazilian attorneys.

Main Practice Areas
The firm advises on all aspects of the cross-border trade of goods and services. Intellectual Property Law features as a main area of expertise with a special focus on Trademarks, Domain names, Anti-counterfeiting and Unfair Trade Law.

Felsberg & Partners represents its client's interests before the national courts and authorities. The firm will also act on their behalf in arbitration and mediation proceedings or during other forms of out of court settlements. The claims and titles of our clients are asserted and enforced nationally as well as internationally.
