Firm Overview:
Rouse & Co. commenced business in 1990, as a specialist law firm. In 1996 the business was restructured. Rouse & Co. International was created to carry on the international business, including patent and trade mark filing, and Willoughby & Partners (now Rouse Legal) was created to carry on the UK legal practice. In 1997 the trade mark agency received a major boost when Mark Foreman joined the firm from Clifford Chance, and in 2003 the firm acquired a firm of Chartered Patent Agents and European Patent Attorneys and established its patent agency business, Rouse Patents. |
