Dear all,

I promised Zeev that I am going to write something before my departure to Berlin to start the forum but, unfortunately, time did not permit me to do so.. What a rush for Berlin trip and I almost got myself killed on the road....Nonetheless, let us now start the show and I hope this forum will be useful and effective references for many IP practitioners and friends all around the world.


I hope in times to come and in this forum, the following materials, information and topics can be discussed:-


1) IP enforcement in China;

2) IP enforcement in South East Asia;

3) IP enforcement in America (South);

4) IP enforcement in European countries.


The topic shall includes all fields of IP laws, from Trade Mark to Copyright to Patent and etc.


Let get the ball rolling and in passing, I thank all of you for the support or forthcoming support to made this forum a successful one.
